IPhone is good, but limited only to Apple-services and do not even have Falsh 10.2 even though Flash 10.2 is a fundamental part of Internetpages today.

                    Fundamental part? Only for video.

Even Nokia themselves said screw it and went to Windows.

I said that the N8 can do everything the Galaxy S2 can. I wasnt discussing the lifespan of it's OS. Considering Nokia are still releasing Symbian devices and have more planned, then I'd say they've hardly given up.

I have a htc desire almost a year now and will be upgrading soon, will the evo 3d seems top class, the rest of the htc line up this year stinks of lazyness and as much as I really wanted to upgrade to a new htc phone im gonna find it very hard to do so,for instance the htc pyramids screen albeit slighty higher resolution than the desires (maked no effect with the screen being much larger)is a step backwards in tech from the desires amoled

I keep reading about this "design copy" point not just in comments like here but also in official reviews of certain pages in which it is actually valued as negative.
Honestly, wth? From a customers point of view, what disadvantage do I have when buying an iPhone or a Galaxy?
As an iPhone customer my phone is certainly not getting worse because the design is used as inspiration, it stays perfectly the same. And as a Galaxy customer I get a better phone since the Samsung guys either took the basic iPhone design characteristics and improve upon them with their own ideas or they simply developed the same design coming to the conclusion that its the best one possible.
In the end, I as a customer have an advantage since manufacturers use a good design and improve that instead of improving their own which is most probably worse. Btw, this happens all time all around the world with essentially every product imaginable.
So even if the Galaxy would be a "rip-off", which it isn't, I couldn't care less because I get a better phone and thats my priority. Not defending Apple copyrights without any sort of reward just for the sake of argueing. They pay lawyers to sue someone stealing their intellectual property and so far I have not heard of any such case.
