Funny how this phone is named as a "Compact" and yet the bezels are left like that. Why wouldn't they make an actual compact with that screen-size paired with 2017-like minimal bezels all around the screen? Is that not possible with the internal components (especially battery) needing space, or what? I think I saw some Sharp-model having about the same measurements as this phone does, but with 5"-screen years ago.

We need Sony to step up their game:
- price competitively
- reduce the bezel size
- increase battery capacity
The OS and support is great, and the build quality is very high.
They simply shoot themselves making some other stupid choices.

looks like nextbin Robin but this is a great device especially sd835..copycats from chinse brands should do that especially xiaomi:))

It's described as small but the screen is only 0.1" smaller diagonal than an iPhone 8 (and people complain about the bezels but they are also smaller than those on the iPhone.)

When you see pictures, the blue looks like Dallas Cowboys pants.
When you watch videos, it reminds the blue of Note 7

In the compact market there currently isn't a single other model that comes even close to Sony. I don't understand why more companies aren't entering the space, there's a real market in the compact space.
