Please google the differences yourself, and by the way, Vlingo was available on iPhone (and Blackberry) way before Android, most people are aware of this.

Porting Siri onto iPhone is not a good idea.. Damage warranty..

Why don't use the alternative.. Perhaps VLINGO is similar to Siri but lacking of some features..

Why dont give it a try. Go to app store and search for flingo. Its free!

why would anyone care about EULA. EULA is just about user to company policy. if i bought a device, i certainly not care anymore of EULA. the said device is my property now and i have that responsibility whether i want to hack it or brick it. who cares EULA anyway? go ahead devs, spread that hack code and let the end-user decide if they want it.

Apple proves it can get sales by making inferior products. No video call over 3g, no flash, no 4G. But, it does have Siri...and it turns out that its not even a big deal. But Apple can sale water to a whale.

Anonymous, 30 Oct 2011once again, this shows that Apple manipulates its customers... morethis shows that Apple manipulates its customers who continue to claim they have the best devices. - Hey, it's a business term called "marketing." Of course you have to say that your product is the best, if not, then no one wil buy it. I guess Iphones do work, cause it won't sell like pan cakes on the first few days of its release. "Limiting the customer is the whole purpose of itunes, lack of sd card, lack of bt transfer, and lack of video call over 3g." - Why are there still millions of iphone users all over the world if their phones can't do these stuff..it's because they still get their money's worth..they found ways to compensate on what their phone lacks, or better yet, they realized that these limitations contribute to the iphone's fast, reliable and stable reputation. Unlike some phones that need a tremendous hardware upgrade coz their OS is eating too much resources. "Even though SIRI is nothing more than a copy of Vlingo for people who don't have friends and have to talk to their phones, this has to show Apple customers that apple is not about putting out the best products but is about convincing people to buy their next devices even though they are inferior." - More than a copy of Vlingo? Clearly you didn't try Siri first hand. Just because a phone has voice recognition and voice translation to text doesn't mean it's Siri. Watch some demos or better yet, borrow an Iphone 4s and run Siri with VLingo. And again, all phones sold are inferior to some in one or more ways. Again, it's called marketing. Even if the best phone in the world with no flaws or inferiority issues whatsoever was created, if you don't market it well, then no one will buy it. Why are people so irritated when Apple does its marketing job so well?

A: No..does Vlingo automatically choose and execute what function you want to do? A: No, cause you have to manually select apps if you want to use SMS, Email, search..etc.. or perform a gesture command. Can Vlingo set your alarm, choose your contacts for you, predict the weather for you or tell you where your favorite food is nearest at? A: NO..
