2018, the year Android phones charge iPhone price and give you last year's hardware

On paper the phone was SUPERB. The execution, however, is a different story.
Mediocre camera, highly distracting and strange screen, not the brightest screen, and no one single feature that can help this sell well.
And the price cannot possibly be justified. Maybe some bored Vertu may migrate and jump brands.

I am curious what kind of users will buy it.

Red took their time. Actually a little bit too much.

The hologram effect would've been better if RED could just swap out the processor to SD845 last February.
