I've witnessed Sammy update was indeed faster than others. Remember gingerbread? I trust Sammy on this matter, but question is "when"?

Obviously if someone is spending this kind of money on a latest phone, ice cream sandwich update has to come in, in the future by default.

Compared to samy ..sony and htc are good for updates.Samy never release updates in India even for there High end mobiles..grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Samsung please consider oher countries too. U still even haven't announced gingerbread 2.3.4 in india for GS2, and already announced ICS in uk. I m already disapointed by ur plastic and material quality atleat keep ur users happy by giving them time to time updates.

will ICS improve the battery life of SG2? i love my SG2, my only comment is the battery life. its OK but would be nicer to extend it further. i do have the spare batt but i don't like switching it that much...
