I ordered mine last week. It has been two weeks now and I heard no news from my local telecom dealer. Samsung should have shipped them earlier. Nevertheless, it is a good news and I hope Samsung could live up to the expectation and provide constant updates and support for their high end mobile sets.

You can pick these up really cheap second hand in Indonesia at the moment. There are quite a few around for about $600 instead of $750 (hell you can get a good laptop for that price come to think about it)

I have the note, it's the future iphone 5 (features) which Samsung is giving a year before at half it's price, who cares abt iphone 5 rumors, get a note n be happy in advance, a masterpiece!!! , just like SGS2 was before iphone 4s wit features as good or even better, same is the case with Samsung note, truly hats off to Sammy.

i had the s2 but when i saw the note i loved it from first video,
the screen is so clear and its light for its size.

I am pretty satisfied with what the Note is capable of doing and it runs so smoothly as what I am expecting. So far, there's not much problem with my Note as a Hybrid phone where I can enjoy reading like what tablets can be done. Great device.

I had s2 then I moved to note, really I loved my s2 so I wanted more of it and that was galaxy note really amazing and it fit in my pocket easily and I can sit with it in pocket,I wear ordinary Jeans btw , so really if you want it do not let the size stops you because its not an issue at all, on the other hand you will get a masterpiece

Best phone I ever tried, I had galaxy s2 and Galaxy Nexus, but The Note is the best for me, Screen size is not an issue after using it for 3 or 4 days, you will get used to it, in fact, all other phone will look odd.

Samsung Fan, 29 Dec 2011Why use such an odd name like "phoneblet" for thi... moreThe categories will be

                        1)Pocket
                        2)Purse
                        3)Backpack

I think I might get one. It depends. I don't think it as the Super Amoled "Plus" display. I want that Plus. If a Canada model has it, I will probably get it.

                        Here are some things

a)I *really* don't care how I look while phoning from it.
b)But I hardly ever use my phone to actually talk to anyone anymore - does anyone?
c)I still need a laptop. As do all the other netbook/tablet users in my family, who keep requiring access to my CD drive. Go figure.
d)I still need a laptop. Work requires this of me.
e)I don't have any desire to take my laptop with me everywhere I go. Most of my laptop lugging is for work. Back and forth...back and forth.
f)If I did feel the need to drag a larger network connected screen around with me for non-work purposes, I don't see what the point of a tablet is. It still requires a BACKPACK to do the lugging. Even the little Blackberry Playbook.
g)Enter the Samsung Note. Now *this* is different. *This* is purse size. *This* could really make my life better! This is big enough to actually be useful for reading and browsing, and it fits in what I drag around anyhow. My purse.
h)Guys might have to sit this one out. At least in North America. Unless the murse manages to finally catch on here. It *will* look stupid in your pockets or on your belts.
g)One last point. Aging boomers with vision issues. There are LOTS of us. The size of this device is a big plus there too.

This is nothing compared to the sales of the Lumia 800. Nokia already sold 5 million Lumia 800 and that's a more impressive number. Everyone wants a Lumia 800. It's fresh, exciting, and beautiful. It's not ugly and oversized like the Galaxy Note and people are now tired of the virus and malware ridden Android.

Yup, i still find it kinda oddly-sized for making calls, afterall i carry around with me a SGS2 and an iPad2, so i wont be wanting a SGS Note for now.
