if apple files this and wins 10 $ per android.. samsung will charge $ 20 more on processors. 20$ more on flash storage and 20 $more on ram. to get back the amount..... dont play with samsung, apple u wont have parts to make ur phone

Samsung reports rising sales of the Note in France, Germany, Hong Kong and Taiwan and XL-sized droid will be arriving in the US some time next year too (there's still no official info on when that will happen).

Apple never really innovate or invent, they just patent it first. To think about it, Motorola demonstrated the world's very first mobile phone back then at 1973...if they were sh*t like apple, there won't be another mobile phones in the world

It's called survival of the fittest. Its a cut-throat competition these days & everybody wants to have the pie no matter what it takes!
Apple can really come up with innovative products if they want to rather than playing cloak & the dagger all along.
All this silly infringement controversy can be tucked away in a closet if only more grants & funds are available for the dev guys,believe me that will intoduce more ground breaking phones,rather than making the corporate lawyers rich!!
Finally if you try to corner HTC,Sammy etc,they will eventually wriggle their way out....& alas by then Apple would have more foes than friends.

Apple better litigate because there are better different ways to do things.

Apple can not sue Google because Google does not make any profit from the android OS it self. That's why are trying to get it banned. And if you check out all of the lawsuits apple has filed it has been against Samsung, Motorola and HTC never Google Android OS its self.
