Bada with Tizen ......Good movement Sammy
With the same platform Linux base, This collaboration will make an great alternative OS for cosumers, which now all gadget's OS has been dominated with 3 stuffs, Droid, iOS and Windows.....(Symbian and BBX :).....i don't know about their progress)
I hope Sammy not change or close the bada's name, developing apps and hardware, My opinion that bada's name has been grown and existed until now, don't close this project, remember about Sammy's target to create, developing and becoming a best integrated apps company for next 2 years.
So make a good decision Sammy;
1.will u close the bada with Tizen?
2.or keep the bada OS with many improvement things in software and hardware, which collaborated with Tizen?
I hope this collaboration will give the best gadget OS, because mixing the Bada's design and with ex: Tizen (Meego design) is very powerfull, compact and fashionable. I am really sure about this, this OS will be the 1st choice for all customers. And the name is still.....bada OS or bada-Tizen OS.

not so thrilled about these news... they already had a wonderful thing going -"bada"- then they dumped it and their customers with nearly no updates , and now they say it'll be merged with tizen , then what ?!

samsung really is an untrustworthy company, they released the first bada phone wave, with very high spec and made it seem like to be challanging android, it then moved it down t mid range phone and not 2 years later ther gonna remove it. basicly from what i can understand they are either lazy or incompetent as bada was a decent os but 1 update in 2 years for minor changes say's it all

This doesn't make any sense! They have to focus on Bada other than trying some other OSes.
