Come on now Meego is going no where. You need developers. That's where Windows Phone come in. Windows Phone is where Nokia is focusing on.

Dont know what others see i dont but it must be ppl are so sick o seeing black boxes that they think n9 is beautiful. If it was in black would it get as much attention? You lookin at somethin wit beauty and its xperia s. N9 Is just another brick.

The hardware platform of this phone is basically the same as a midrange Android device. The only thing that makes it stand out is the OS and the design which it now shares with two other phones.

Ahh what could've been. The Partial MeeGo OS on the N9 was great. Imagine the full MeeGo OS. That would've been mindblowing.
Well MeeGo is not dead, it has evolved from a QT based OS to a HTML5 Based OS and has been renamed Tizen. Samsung won't turn their backs on Tizen/MeeGo like NokiaSoft did and no it's not just Elop. A team of people made that decision.
Samsung will get out more Tizen devices as well, look how fast they are getting out all the Android devices. I hope they don't shoot out Tizen devices that fast but I'm sure that they'll make more than one Tizen device.
Come On Tizen! The New MeeGo!!!

This, honestly, has to be one of the best designs I've seen. Can't fault it. Meego itself is great to use too.
For those that state WPOS is better, that isn't the point of this phone.

The chassis of the N9 is no doubt the most beautiful amongst other rivals, then Windows Phone gets mixed into the formula and I doubt anything can rival it's beauty in a long, long time.

AnonD-5041, 26 Apr 2012All the Lumia (I don't want to call them Nokia) line design... moreit is not just the physical design. it is the interaction that is different and it makes damn good sense. you know or you can see that it is missing some buttons :) the way it gets around that results in a very nice experience ... I wish the would use this on Windows Phones ... the double tap, the slides ....

The N9 was Nokia's first real effort since the N95.
The impressive MeeGO OS, the acceptable hardware spec.
Too bad they killed the whole thing without giving it a fighting chance.
