Who in the right mind gives patent rights to such stupid things like slide to unlock and voice search. This clearly shows that Apple payed the patent committee so that they can rule the touchscreen interface segment,because clearly you can do almost nothing without violating one of the most stupid patent rights the fruit owns.So Apple had the right to copy android stuff but the other way around it's illegal? People should start thinking more about these things and not blindly protect Apple like they are tech gods because I hate to spoil it to you iFans,they really aren't.

Guess this is the only way Apple can put a lid on Google. They have no other way of competing against the threats posed by ICS and even larger, 'Butter'-smooth JB.

People, this isn't about which fanboy you are. If Sammie violated an Apple patent, then it violated an Apple patent. Don't get pissed at Apple for protecting its technology. The fact that the judge ruled in Apple's favor indicates that Apple's claim might be valid. ...Of course, the trial was held in Silicon Valley.

"a device being able to search multiple sources through a single interface" "actionable linking" "slide-to-unlock" and "touch screen word suggestion" are all basic features needed on any smartphone and no company, Apple or..., should be allowed patents on these basic functionalities! It is as if Fiat or... were allowed to patent the use of 4 wheels on cars!

I loved Apple, i used apple devices. but since they started acting like babies i am now bored of apple devices and starting to think of getting rid of it. It seems that apple cant handle the competition. they want to use their power and forcefully rule out the competition by eliminating the competitor. Not good! they are digging their own grave. i hope many other apple lovers think the same way as me.
