This photo is fake. If you look closely the corners do not match up. Also the buttons are ridiculously shaped and the power button is strangely sized and its location is awkward. However, your "anonymous tipster" did do a pretty good job at shopping that image.

Galaxy note- 8 MP ... moreI do want better cameras in phones, and have been thinking about resolution the way nokia did with pureview for years, the pixels are there for your zooming needs or for some kind of pixel binding to capture more light.
8MP is actually about maximum of that you need, its enough to print photo quality on A4 pice of paper, I really cant imagne anyone printing larger than that for home use.
What you don't seem to realise however is that well S2 and Note shared the same sensor, but the Note unfortunately had some lens problems so the pictures wasnt as good as its sibling.
S3 has a new sensor, but at the same resolution, and will take better pictures than the S2, lets hope Note 2 will have as good lens as S3.
But sure, I would love some pureview like technology (others have used it long before nokia in digital cameras) on a phone with active stylus. But without pixel bining and high grade optics to use the pixels for lossless zoom, 8MP is in theory better than 12, as the pixels themselves can in theory be made bigger than those on a 12 MP sensor (S3 has smaller pixels than the old Nokia N8, and maybe one or two other mobiles with 8 or higher MP pixel count).
So sure, your statement is half right.

Isnt it so that there is no Exynos 4 with LTE support? So that would be another disadvantage that Samsung would have to make a snapdragon version, or actually release something that is better than the original specs very soon after the original one, that would make no sense.
Exynos 5 should even get more processing power out of the same power consumption, always a good thing.
Sure, resolution isnt all, but as i said, 5.3 isnt cramped with 1280x800, so why then make the display even bigger, without the gain or resolution? I know teh real reason, but dont think its valid, its that 5.3 is too close to 4.8 of the GS3, and that they might hurt eachothers sales too much, but for me, I rather have a bit smaller Note phone, or one that has the resolution advantage as well. And honestly, the GS3 should have had at tops 4.5, probably 4.3 would have made more sense for usability for those not blessed with long fingers.

Firstly that horrendous middle button takes so much away from the user experience. I would rather have the button layout like it is on the Galaxy Nexus. I currently own a SGSIII and the worst part of it is the iPhone like button in the center. Stupid idea.
Secondly, even though I want a phoneblet, I'll be skipping this since it really isn't an upgrade from my SGSIII.
Here are the features that will make me buy another phone (unless my current phone breaks of course):
1. Latest version of Android
2. Battery that truely lasts all day with screen at full brightness (This is 2012, battery tech has to be improved).
3.Quad core cortex A15 processor
4. Much better screen that the dull POS screen on my SGSIII.
5. At least 12 or even 16MP camera.
Really anything less that these, just isn't enough upgrade from my SSGSIII and I'll be skipping then all.

upgraded with even more core, bigger screen, more MP trapped on the same old crappy plastic design. W/c they call it innovation., haha.
Its just samsung, just a marketing hype to hypnotize or exagerate its prospects that its fanboys are dying for and driving them stupidly crazy, defending for samsung as if the company is paying them millions for their efforts. Poor fanboys,,, pity,
