I´m already running ICS on my Prada (Portugal). With some trouble cause LG Mobile tool it's a little tricky, but quite satisfied with the upgrade.

ICS, for LG Prada 3.0 (operator free) is already released for a while, at least here in portugal.

Not everyone "have your luck" to find a high-end for "free"...you talk talk talk but a few years you had to spent $300 on Nokia's 6600 or even $400 on a Nokia 8210...it was high-tech in that times, now are this high-end androids but if you wish you can buy androids cheaper, the low-budget ones :)

That kind of confusion is bad marketing. LG is not recommended until they fix their behavior.

I got my optimus 2x for free last year. I have no problem waiting. Cause that is the best bang for my Buck. Anyone who pays more then $100 for a phone is an idiot. Even more so an idiot for signing a contract. I'm not stuck with my phone or a company so waiting for outdated ics isn't too bad. It does get a bit frustrating but I don't see no justifiable reason to shell out $650 for a Samsung galaxy s3 that's plain stupid. Financially I'm more them capable of buying the phone. I'm just not a phone crazed idiot. Besides androids have the worst resale value. Stick with iPhone if your trying to hustle phones. My optimus 2x is just as capable as any of these pathetic duel core phones out right now. So bring on ics better then late then never.

In due time, what the hell? Ics has been out for ages,we are on jellybean now and key lime pie is in the oven! As a lg user due for a upgrade you can bet your bottom dollar it will never be a lg phone again. Shame on you lg!
