This is so pointless, this will achieve nothing. This is just bad PR for Apple, plus they are opening admitting that the early Android phones are just the same as the iPhone. Apple never invented the smartphone they just made it fashionable. Now the next generation iPhone will have a bigger screen, how original!!!!

This is why the US courts are bias in that they have to uphold a US company even if it's in the wrong. It's like saying since you're a US citizen in the US where does your loyalties lie? In Korea? Wonder what judge Koh have to say about that. So unfortunately Apple seeing that Samsung is getting more publicity is kicking up a stink about rectangular designs of phones. Ummm..most phones were shaped that way well before the iphone came out.

I have never been impressed by an iPhone!
So Google takes ios and turns it into something more successful than the original? is that what apple thinks? then if that is the case, it means they are not innovating! if ios is as popular as apple thinks then it should had stayed on the top!
This is the story of the copy being more popular than the copied!
