    Just had a thought. When the Samsung Galaxy Nexus was launched, Steve Wozniak was very quick to get his hands on it because he felt it was innovative.. Wonder if he'll be invited to the Apple Xmas party??

      SGS3 will not be banned so their really isnt much lost in samsung side on, sgs2 and 1 will be banned.

        Although the rounded edges of the older Galaxy phones may look the iPhone's edges, one can definitely tell the difference between Samsung Galaxy and iPhone as there is a big SAMSUNG logo on the Galaxy phones. I hope Apple will soon become the least valuable company.

          How depressing. If the US bans most of the Samsung phones in the US, it doesn't stop the American public from buying the phones abroad and bringing or selling them in the US. Well Samsung is going to appeal and this might drag on longer than expected. The lawyers are going to be rich. Wonder who has a contract with apple on the distibution and manufacturing of the chips if Samsung does pull the plug on apple. Its like biting the hand that feeds you.

              Surely this argument stems more than just patents with Apple. After all Sony, Motorola and pretty much every Android smartphone has pinch to zoom. If its the look then how should the phone look if its a smartphone - A circular shaped phone!! This is an war against Android not Samsung. They are being scrutinized because they have more market share than Apple. I feel for the american public if it happens as the variety will feel rather limited if it does.
