The "S III" name is misleading. Seriously! Size has been decreased(which is completely relevant being mini) but that doesn't mean the specs has to be 'minified' too.

Samsung used to copy apple, now they copy their own product. Its stupid no matter how you see it, a S3 Mini need S3 specs! At least close to S3 specs, not 100 feet below and 5 miles behind like this weird thing.
Samsung should sue themselves for this copy.

A 63mm wide mobile is not by any means small, the "mini" title is not fitting. Also the specifications is not very appealing, there are more powerful smaller mobiles with larger screens and higher resoultions.
In total: a very uninteresting mobile.

Its more like and Ace 2+ or Ace 3 rather than a SIII mini, even the model no is close to Ace 2. Ace 2 being i8160 and this mini being i8190

ahah, its so low to use the S3 name for this thing, it devalues the whole brand name. I had a new respect for samsung after i saw how great the Note II is, but now when i see them using a name to sell cheap fones for a premium price then all respect is gone. Samsung is truly the lowest level brand of cellfones, there is absolutely no connection between specs and price here, very dirty trick to make easy money. Imagine how high profit per unit on this phone? Even apple takes lower profit.
This is so embarrassing samsung, have u no shame at all???
Edit: Waiting for the official price, but so far the leaks been right on spot in every point, so i am afraid the leaked price is correct also.

Why not make the spec's better & eat into the i5 market. Seems silly giving a new phone a 5mp camera. Know it's really then new S Advance, but they Samsung should have improved more on it. Let Down.com

not impressive... its an insult to S3's name... S3 doesnt mean build quality or jelly bean os, S3 means fast quad core processor with brilliant graphics n nova thor dual core is a mess... not a single sign of S3 except os n ram...

It's really annoying for Samsung releasing phones side by side. And the Nexus phone you're all expecting is not a Nexus device, it's called Galaxy Premier WTH! Looks like Google is dodging Samsung now because of the lawsuit from apple :))

Looks nice as a back up phone. I am guessing the name of the phone is due to it looking like the SIII and not because of the specs.
