Compared to the F3, this has :
1. Cleaner stock like software feel
2. Better main camera
3. Twice faster charging
4. Better chip, but hotter
5. Headphone jack!
6. 12 GB ram option
And it is a £100 more expensive. Poco f3 now is only £300 in online stores for the 6/128 Gb. adding £50 will get you the 8/256 gb version.
Poco F3 also has some advantages, like :
1. Better haptics
2. Stereo speakers
3. MIUI has more features and longer update support
4. Xiaomi phones are very compatible with gcam, they are easy to find and is very stable
5. Cooler chip
6. More premium looking design in my books
7. Better quality panel, it is using E4 OLED at 1300 nits, while Realme uses E3 at 1000 nits
8. Better macro camera at 5 MP
Both are great options and you can't go wrong with either

Meh tbh. The SD 888 has heating issues and the only good thing in this us the chipset. I'll choose the poco f3 over this
