Removable battery was a key reason for Walmart's decision to buy the XCover Pro.

This device is rugged and is just 10mm thin that too with a removable battery and still got IP68. Wondering why the they can't provide removable battery even in 8.5mm+ chassis which btw also misses on ip rating *facepalm

IpsDisplay, 04 Jun 2021So the exynos 9611 will never ever dieI think Samsung did that on purpose. That way they can extend that chip's update software further if needed

The XCover Pro is definitely the best mainstream rugged smartphone offering from Samsung thanks to the 6.3" FHD+ screen and the ultrawide camera. If the XCover Pro has USB-C 3.1 port with Samsung DeX capability, that can easily give the LG Velvet 5G a run for its money since that upper midrange smartphone also has IP68 and MIL-STD-810G certification as well.

So the exynos 9611 will never ever die

Great news, since this means Xcover Pro will get to see a 2nd gen launch
