The price is ridiculously low, I bet other OEMs of android really angry with this cause their crappier device is more expensive, even the S3.I want to buy experia s but after seeing this, I am now in doubt.:(

Nexus has USB OTG just buy an adapter and stick a USB or hard drive, no space limitations, even 3TB will work and use directly from it, personally 16GB is plenty but seems to be a lot of whining about space

I really like the design. Looks sweet. But it's too big.
      Not considering to get one.

Anonymous, 30 Oct 2012People, imagine if using this phone keep checking the stora... moreThe future is in the cloud and in streaming. A modern user will not store data on his phone but only collect it on the go and upload it to the cloud (Dropbox) or a NAS. 16GB is more than enough!

I'm not a fan of LG for the most part because of their reputation for not updating their phones BUT the Nexus phones are per Google and therefore 100% supported. Guaranteed updates are the way to go!

What's with Google's aversion to expandable memory (microSD)?

great stuff, but when there is no micro-SD slot, then why only 8/16gb??!!! iphone 5 came with 16/32/64gb, imo 16gb is the least acceptable in a flagship that can play full HD movies and HD games! the price is great, but i hope they release 32gb version for 350/400$ and 64gb for 50$ more later on as they did with the tablet!

Good processor + good screen + NO sdslot + Limited storage + No fast LTE ..

                        FTW...

Cannot watch high quality streaming on the go (no speed) .. cannot enjoy high quality video on the go (no storage).. cannot install games/apps (no storage) .. cannot take lots of photos video on the go .. (no storage) .. Whats the point of a good cpu/gpu if it cannot consume media content?

The only good thing for this is .. price.. and ppl who use fb the whole day ( oh wait ..watch your fb app file size :).

I will be definitely buying this next Nexus. I was expecting a hefty price tag but it's just right for me. I have always figured out how to manage with 16GB of storage so it won't be an issue at all. I haven't owned an LG product before but I really like the looks of this phone. Hopefully the prices don't mean poor quality

It seems like Google`s strategy will be the low prices in his products to be competitive

This is a good retaliatory move from LG - and from Google - to counter Windows 8. Putting such a device at such a price.

                                    Good move.

I dont understand why android has 16GB devices anymore... surely 32GB would only be an extra $10???

I have a note 2 with 16GB and expandable memory but you can only store apps on the phone. At least I can put videos, pictures and music on the card but its only just enough....

Apart from that it looks like a great phone.

Wtf Google? You spent money on all those ads blasting iPhone 4S for not having LTE, now more than one year later you do the same??? That's even worse! Thought Nexus was your flagship phone?
