These devices is quite inferior to the Mi 11 Ultra.
Their displays are significantly worse than the Mi 11 series, which are much cheaper, but also much better in terms of global availablity.
The P50 Pro doesn't seem to put up a fight against the Mi 11 Ultra in terms of build quality, battery, camera quality especially with GCam (less overprocessed looks), and software. (There is nothing better than Android with GMS, right? All of you have to accept the fact that all companies track everything.)
Plus retailing this over $1500? What a pathetic price.

"It has only 90mm focal length"
Gsmarena, you need to correct this. The focal length isn't 90mm. 90mm is the field of view! It is the field of view that a 90mm focal length produces on a full frame camera. Focal length and field of view are different things. The focal length of the periscope camera is NOT 90mm. I really would like to know what the focal length is.

Price isn't little higher? Because there are two major handicaps in P50 Pro. First handicap is not having GMS and popular apps(no matter whatever people say against this handicap). Secondly, adding insult to an injury, it is further handicapped by not having 5G(no matter whatever people say against 5G). Which is going to be the latest main stream communication technology in future.
I believe that due to these two major handicaps, price should be $200 less than the announced price of $930. Then it will be justified for me to consider a purchase.

Haha ! So it's an old sensor.
How many times some of us said that 1 inch not gonna happen specially with that camera arrangement and bump.
When a phone has 1inch sensor you will know it just by looking at it.

Mi 11 Ultra, S2 Ultra, and Vivo X60 Pro Plus finally are gonna get bested in the camera department. Huawei P50 Pro may have
1. better, wider selfies.
2. Better lowlight thanks to monochrome sensor and large main sensor
3. Better zoom flexibility thanks to high resolution 64 MP tele that can zoom from 3.9X to 11.7X with minimal quality loss (S21 allows users to zoom from 1X to 3X lossless with their 64 MP, so Huawei may allow from 3.9X to 10X losslessly too)
4. Maybe an better ultrawide cam? I don't knoww about the sensor yet. But ultrawide king now is still Vivo X60 Pro Plus thanks to the gimbal that allows for night vision ultrawide cam.
5. Also, Huawei's image processing is better than Xiaomi's and Samsung's oil paintings look. But still behind Apple and Google
6. In video, it does not have 8K. And i will take Iphone and Vivo over Huawei, Xiaomi, and Samsung's video
