If she loves android, go for Xperia P with aluminum back cover & super brightness display. Or if she's into social media, let her try WP8 and go for hTC 8S. She would probably like its color and design.
But if you want to buy her the S3's look and the plastic feeling, together with a higher cost.... its up to you dude.
