For the price, specs, and timing, this phone should be "Free with Purchase," or "Buy One; Get One Free." I also imagine the account exec who authorized this disaster is now employed flipping burgers.
For LG's sake, I hope the NEXUS 4 wipes the floor with this thing.

It's all about the price in the end, only people who knows nothing about phones or have nothing to do with money will buy this over Nexus 4

oh boy that's funny, SIII mini, which to be fair, is at best mid-range phone is more expensive than LG Nexus 4 - a quadcore monster with 2GB of RAM and 8MGP snapper with 1080p recording capabilities and android 4.2 on top of that ... hahahaha I guess it makes you a loser to buy SIII mini

Get your bulky LG Nexus 4 if you want. I'll get S3 mini for my girlfriend, because it's SMALLER, more PRETTIER.

Have to admit the Nexus 4 is so much better value for money. Samsung can promote/advertise Touchwiz as much as they like however anybody that does the research will realise the Nexus 4 will be better value for money, and wayyy more future proof. It'll be interesting how much LG/Goole market the Nexus 4 for users who arent so tech-savvy. (those who walk into a stop and get sold something based on brand value, not actual spec).

Samsung should price this £149.95 in order to compete with Nexus 4. Let's see what is the ratio of Nexus 4 to GS3 Mini sales figure in the next 2 months. 100:1?

Hah. One can get LG Nexus 4 for USD 300 i.e., GBP 185. Much better config for lesser price.

Nexus 4 hands down. The S III mini is about twice the price that it deserves. Launching a mini version of a well known device with inferior specs and premium price is more a trade mark of another well-known company :-) My wife is so getting a Nexus 4 for her birthday.
