DotDot, 02 Nov 2012i is trademark for apple, and already use before 2003 , so ... moreSo according to you, apple did invent the alphabet 'i'. even the word 'apple' has been added to dictionary after Apple was founded, before Apple , apples were not called apples and even the fruit that Eve ate had no name when she ate, people only started to call it 'apple' after Apple was founded...... sounds gr8 isn't it.....

Anonymous, 02 Nov 2012I think the law and the judges are not using logic in this ... morelove it mexico, apple trying to sue a company cause it has a name sounding smilar to theirs, but forgot, there was a company already registered in mexico, 4 yrs prior to apples entry in mexico, such arrogance, an keep it up mexico, Apple should pay up for its arrogance or lack of knowledge of copyrights acts in that region. Plus ifone will make more by putting defamation charges on apple. Kudos to Mexico

English Courts are NOT trying to damage Apple, they are there solely to uphold a fair and just decision. In the US, where the justice system is more based it seems on who buys the 'better' lawyer, here it is just based upon fairness. Apple is created in its own American image, obsessed with the 'Law' and Lawyers. It is used as a tool to damage your opponent, I believe, in substitute for the original method.....in the US.....law on the end of a gun.....very outmoded. I hope Apple GROW-UP soon...

ItIsWhatItIs, 02 Nov 2012nice, i wish i had something solid to make some quick cash ... moreGo into an apple store ask for a apple then ask how many calories and surger is in their products, what none that's false advisement, they go by the name Apple, have a logo of an apple as far as i am aware that's false advisement, sue them.

Kinda like how apple is trying to sue a Polish grocer chain for having a logo of an apple, at least it is applicable for the business they conduct!!

I hope they're not sueing me for having drawn an apple once during a boring lecture. I can't afford to pay the lawyers.

So Apple goes to a country and bullies an already established company with a trademark brand registered years before they came up with the idea and tries to sue them???

This is more than arrogance. Its a god like complex.
