I'm planning ... moreI think it might not appear in the Philippines. the Galaxy Nexus had a secret launch while the Nexus 7 hasn't been released yet. The Philippines rarely receive Nexus Devices and even if they did release the Nexus Devices, it takes 4-5 months longer than the rest of the world. If i were you, i would go to a different country (South Korea in my case), apply a contract (KT in my case), get 1 phone you want (LG Optimus LTE2 in my case), bring it back to the Philippines, and then change the SIM card in the country you got the phone from and replace with the Philippines SIM card (Globe in my case).

I wish Google had a Play Store in my country, India. With so many potential buyers around here, Google should seriously consider opening up one soon.

I've read an article at interaksyon.com that SMART telco will bring nexus 4 here in the phil at a price tag of more or less 20,000 php.

this phone is being sold for 600$ in my country i am from pakistan and my countary does not have play store. why dont they sell it for 349$ here like they are selling it in other countaries

After I went to xda forums and saw the benchmarks to know it has HEATING ISSUES I'll pass, unless other reliable source with benchmarks prove it wrong.
