hahaha, fandroids are blinded by cores,. Do you know fandroids why they will put more cores(eight to be precise)! Because android needs it not to be laggy and buggy,..and to support updates,..now, what will happen to those quadcores if android updates needs octa cores! Hahaha they will live miserably,. So youll buy s4 again,.and again next year s5? Wahahaha fandroids,.you are unbelievable

Because android is not only 100% perfect but it is 1000 million % perfect. I think you talking about apps? so apps develope by developrs not by android ok. First make sense about technology then talk about android. For your kind information samsung galaxy s3 is award winning smart phone of year 2012, and Galaxy note is first android phone which can run 2 windows at once. Do we really need 8 cores on a mobile device? Or it is only Android that needs it anyway. Instead of improving the quality of the camera, display, design, battery, Samsung is focusing only on adding more and more cores to their processors and then call it innovation.

AnonD-78173, 20 Nov 2012Hey Anonymous I would like to know what lag are you actuall... moreI experienced plenty of lag and bugs in my Galaxy S2 and Tmobile G2X. Maybe you haven't used another OS like WP and iOS which are much smoother. You are tolerable to lag because you haven't experienced with the faster OS. Don't switch to WP8 or iPhone 5 then. They might screw up your definition of a fast OS.

Anonymous, 20 Nov 2012Do, soon you'll be an exemption. Closed ecosystems, locked... moreOPEN to lag, crashes, and malwares. Linux is OPEN. Most people use Windows, which is Closed Source.

Anonymous, 20 Nov 2012I'll take optimized OS in Windows Phone and iOS over laggy ... moreHey Anonymous I would like to know what lag are you actually talking about? I used to be on Nokia until January 2010. From there onwards I adopted Android smartphone, going from between HTC and Samsung mainly. I never experienced lag (impaired computer functionality, slow application responses or reduced/choppy framerates) resulting from high latency, packet loss, or low preformance hardware. My old HTC Desire HD (2010)couldn't play 1920x1080 movies but I was really pushing it. Beside that I don't remember experiencing any lag with SGS2, SGS3 and HTC One X and now they all play 1920x1080 at 30FPS

Closed ecosystems, locked software is the PAST.
You can argue as you want, but the mere fact that you can post here is the prove ,that the OPEN is the future.
if you don't see why, so learn.

Hold on for a mo' now...A15 are supposedly more power efficient than their predecessors what with lesser nm process n all...thats how its advertized as well...
Then can any one tell me why there is a need to revert to older tech like A7..?

AnonD-77368, 20 Nov 2012OH MY GOD !! Hardware, and hardware and again the same thin... moreI have to agree with you and this is still relavent in 2012,,there are efficient and inefficient algorithms that altho both are correct and arrive at the same answer the time and energy used is very different..

Optimised efficient lightweight coding takes a lot more time obviuosly which costs money and top class engineers...When bug fixes are released it often means the code has been a bit more optimised hence faster and more efficient as well as bug fixes..

Both W7 and IPhone 4 used a single core proccessor and ran very efficiently and slick and thats due to highly optimised coding ie SOFTWARE.
