my phone got screwed up when i updated to 7.5 speakers and mic stopped working, i was desperately waiting for 7.8, and now i am f**ed.
F U LG, i will never buy a LG phone in my Life.

This is not news. Real NEWS headline would be "LG devices receive updates within the first year of their release" or "LG receives updates" or "LG rolls out updates on its devices".

iPhone Release Updates to all it's Device Simultaneously, for Example like when the iOS 6 Roll out all their Device Simultaneously Upgraded from iPad 1,2 and greater as for iPhone 3G, 3GS, iPhone 4 and Greater also Receives the Update...well as of Nokia Symbian, Symbian Device no longer Receive Updates from Nokia (old model)...really disapointed with them because WP is not a deal breaker like Android...As for Samsung Update Speed is Average compared to Google Phone, but!!! The only thing that they need to change is the Built Material...that they use to make their phone's usually a Cheap Plastic Material...they should take Nokia Built Materials for Example, like the Lumia..., a Poly-Carbonate or Metal Should be Good...

It is Not hard to develop an upgrade as 95% the WP7 hardware are identical, all that they need is some code optimizing software end and drivers for LCDs and lesser onboard function chips.
one engineer would have done it!!!!
if WP7 is open source then thisis not a matter.... :(

LG did it again. Poor Optimus 7 users, they cant even flash the ROM or jailbreak it.
A piece of advice to Sony. Dont touch WP OS yet, wait for the apps to reach 800K and be sure to improve your update roll outs!

AnonD-80637, 23 Nov 2012Nobody cares, this device is like 2 years old.. I got my HD7 2 years ago and I will have another 18 months' update of wp7.8 and wp7.x .That's even longer than iPhone 3GS and 4 which may be abandoned in IOS 7...

Besides Korean companies don't really update them so quickly...
