we all decide for ourselves what's worth it and what's not. i think iPhone is definetly worth it, but not everyone agrees, and that's fine. you can basicly have all the necessities on a cheaper Android too, but i love how "premium" iPhone looks and feels to use.
it's like "why would you buy a Ferrari when you can get from point A to point B with a cheaper Prius too?" i love quality, and i'm willing to pay from it, if can afford to do it. unfortunately, i often can't...

overpriced? maybe not, seeing that Android manufacturers haven't come even CLOSE in build quality. i would've paid the same price from premium Android hardware, but it doesn't exist. yet. according to rumors Sony is at it.

But I'm thinking of getting the ipod touch 5 once a jailbreak comes out. It's pretty laggy for me because of all the crap I have in there. But i love Noth of the device as each has its strengths.

My experience with iOS is good. Smooth and stable despite the insane restriction.
But what i don't like about iphone is the price. Way overpriced.
p.s i use galaxy note2 which is more powerful and capable, yet a bit cheaper than the lowest spec iphone5

For those who never had experience yet with iPhone, please stop talking BS words. You need to own it first then you can talk, as far as I know I love iPhone. iPhone 5 is my 4th iPhone very tin and yet light weight. The iCloud oh super cool.
I cannot say something about Samsung galaxy’s because I never had it and maybe never will. But with HTC I had once & I don't like the android OS.

Here in Indonesia, ipad is very popular, but not iphone. It is extremely expnesive. I can get a good quality laptop with a price of the lowest spec iphone

There are those who can buy an iPhone easily, and there are those who use hard earned money. Those who afford apps and those who jailbreak. Likewise in Android, there are those who easily buy high end, and those who buy low end. Those who buy apps, and those who download free.
Conclusion is, stereotyping either platform is a waste of time, as it involves millions of people. Buy what you like, and enjoy!

Basically apple fanbase is split into 2 sides.The one that can afford the phone but not the apps and the ones who can afford both.Yet those who can afford both the over priced phone and app told the once who cant afford the apps to go get an android and the jailbreakers are called the "cheapskate".
While in the android community everyone is treated equally.

I'm using iPhone 5 right now and i never felt any better then using other phone .. i've use android ,Blackberry and nokia previously . but none of it are excellent like iPhone .. loving it ..but planning to get one Windows phone ..as a back up

It's funny, it's als... moreactually we are concerned about you apple fans. we are concerned that you've been supporting a company that is charging you more for something we get for less. and blindly, somehow, you support them. after all the crap they give. if apple gives quality products for the right price, why would we buy other products and complain about it? look at your comments, apple is doing well and all that fanboy admiration. when will you realize that android supporters get more than you? it's not about switching products, it's about making apple innovate and catch up with competition so you get what you deserve.

So many people saying Apple is... moresales, is the outcome of trusting people buying the product, not the performance of the product itself. unhappy costumers may be part of those sales. it may also be the effect of a company's marketing strategy. trusting can mean you trust something blindly or you trust it because you are sure it is performing to it's standards and price ur paying. smart buying is when you outweigh the pros and cons. now, think about the issues with your phone and tell yourself if it's smart buying.
