Cutting fingernails is neither a hygiene problem nor an acceptable requirement for a $1200+ Dollar phone. But okay, no problem, spit out your money for unfinished and low quality product only to show you've got the bucks. In the old days people burned $100 Dollar notes to light up a cigarette to do so.
Thanks for keeping the business alive with your money. I'll appreciate it and buy a real good value phone. You made it possible! Really, thanks!

sweggitity, 12 Dec 2021What is the best Android skin according to you? and why?Most lightweight Android skin is Sony. But Sony's phones market share is terrible and they don't provide a changelog for software updates.
Best Android skin in my opinion is Samsung, updates and support are good too. However, the preinstalled Samsung proprietary (and Microsoft) bloat and Exynos-only in some countries could be a dealbreaker for some.
All Chinese phone Android skins are terrible. Oxygen OS used to be good, but after collaborating with ColorOS I am not sure anymore.
If you are a purist, get a Pixel phone and enjoy stock Android. The overall experience of stock Android is still inferior to Samsung's OneUI, my opinion. But updates should be very timely and quick.

Oneplus is good in the earlier days bc it run on nearly stock firmware, easy to root, huge mod community. Once they merged with coloros, nothing but falling. I have a feeling they will lock bootloader in near future.

Of course they have problems and big bugs.
That problem come actually form OPPO, when we was added to CBT for OP 9pro then OPPO cut CBT come just 1 release beta in 1.5 months all bugs we find was reported and guess what happen then after 1.5 month they released 2nd beta with really similar build like first one with mainly no fix any bug we reported. That surprised.
CBT was talk 2 release in 1 month = OBT 1 release in month
Hmm in 3 months was actually 3 release last one last week and they say is stable 😂😂😂 and guess most bug wasn't fix yet 😂😂
So many bugs they know and they didn't fix.
Yes beta release was actually stable for daily use but with many bugs.
Few was fix but many of then still there.
I seen last release CBT is same build like stable.
There was plane take down oxygen this year and replaced ColourOS.
In last minute they change mind and that was exactly looks. CBT was just chaos no one know what will happen or what they will doing.
Shame on you OP after 7 years I just walk away.

OxygenOS is the worst Android skin I have ever used. I hope it gets permanently deleted from all oneplus servers so Oneplus can start with clean slate

"To fix all the bugs" is too optimistic for current Oneplus/Oppo. Even bugs in OxygenOS 11 not totally fixed yet.

How the mighty have fallen. OnePlus used to be the gold standard in custom android ROMs. I loved my 7 Pro but I'm not going back for my next phone.
