nice one, just keep it up like that ,, now only 1 thing is missing to be added to this phone and this is a nice loud speaker at least 100db ,, and if they could add also 3d sweep panorama

it can be said that the phone is altogether great but i wish that Sony doesn't follow the same path as HTC. this huge phone with these great specs need a great battery as well

sam sings, 18 Dec 2012i don't really understand the complaint about viewing angle... moreIf viewing angles weren't that important then there wouldn't have been IPS(In Plane Switching) LCDs which were improvement over regular LCDs.
slight tilt and the display seems off.what secret could u have that u don't want wide viewing angles?
As for it's practical use let me tell u one - have u even tried watching video on a smartphone with a few of ur mates or bros while lying down?offcourse u won't keep the phone right in front of ur eyes.when u hold it at arms length,the person lying at ur right/left won't be able see much except x ray like faded images on a narrow viewing angle display.
As such i see no harm with gud viewing angles and that privacy arguement is really senseless.

It really has amazing viewing an... moreit depends on what phones you are comparing the xperia s screen to...........if u are only using sony phones ,ur phone's screen will look amazing to the previous models but when comparing the xperia s screen regarding reflectivity and viewing angles to iphone ,one x,optimus,and the galaxies ur phone screen will look very bad......read gsmarena and other independent tech blogs to understand what i mean............don't beleive the websites that named like samsungblog,nokiaworld,sonyfans.........etc
because sony don't use the gorilla glass in its phones,sony has to put an obligatory shatter proof screen protector over the cheap scratch resistant glass,that is what causes more reflection and poor viewing angles.

please! I own an Xperia S. It really has amazing viewing angles and sunlight visibility. Infact display has been the NXT series's forte

dun always criticism other brand, if u thing u so pro thn u go make a phone it can be shock to the world thn i nothing to say. which brand device in the test will no problem,if really so pro it no need test direct to the market more fast

i don't know what is wrong with sony ,still uses the same very reflective with poor viewing angles screens for their phones!!??!!
just use samsung or lg screens and i am ready to pay more money for sony.
