Thanks to Xperia go's lower resolution (320*480) i will see JB running on my gorgeous Xperia go:) If it would be same like on sola and U (480*854), go probably would be without JB! I guess lower resolution uses a lot less RAM. Otherwise, Xperia go, sola and U uses same CPU, GPU and amount of RAM.

Sony Ericsson has released too many phones(they're basically copying the success story of Samsung), it would be very difficult for them to update every handsets.

its very obvious for the sgs2 to get the jb as it has all the requirements fulfilled like the hardware part such as processor,ram,gpu,screen etc. sony makes shit phones and their updates is the worst. hoping that atleast the upcoming phones from sony dont face this problem.

The extremely beautiful Xperia U is doomed by its own father. I'm not the kind of guy that keeps waiting for an official update to roll out, I have the knowledge and skills of installing custom roms, however, I feel sorry for other costumer that are limited to the official update, as well as feeling sorry for Sony themselves because they just ruined what they have been building and for the trust they gained this year with super aesthetic design and finish

Too much excuses for nothing upgrading Xperia U to JB!!!
Even the expected Xperia E (low-end) will come with the JB out of the box!!

This is a bunch on lies and BOFH talk from Sony. Phones less than year old are not receiving updates. Thank you very much, Sony.
I am happy with the hardware from Sony, but the software quality and release speed is below what I would be able to comment without using foul language.
Btw, my sola broke down on Friday. Oh well...

xperia u came out with gingerbread, which was a con at that time because all other new phone came with ics. Naturally xperia u should have been the phone which came out with ics. again it took till now to rollout ics which is drastic in any way you see it. Now no jellybean for xperia u, which actually means not a single original update for xperia u. way to go SONY. I had a great experience with ur walkman and t.v. because u provided great customer care. but u seem to lost it. no more Sony phone atlest.

I wonder what version of android we'll get. I mean there's already 4.2.1 & Sony will probably be giving out 4.1.1... by April there'll even be another version of Android by then... sigh, wish they were faster like Samsung. The SGS2 is still being updated!!!

i was so amazed the first time i saw sony experia S but when i already have it 8 months ago i started to regret its better to buy samsung product like s2 before its competitor of sony xperia s..upgrade is poor in sony i think sony xperia s comes first than those said xperia mobile unit which will have an upgrade first..its a little unfair for those who have the first model of xperia who is in list to have upgrade of 4.1..better focus on how you can make your procduct more friendly for some user and give the upgrade easily on time like samsung when 4.1 come they give to some model immidiately...sony wake up..
