    RIM = walking.

            Actually I don't think thats WP who's share is declaining, but outdated Windows Mobile. It was quite popular not so long ago in USA but it last version is few years old and users with smartphones with WinMobile are just switching to new phones. While it's true that WP market share in USA is very small (and in whole world for that matter) I think it's slowly growing, not declining. Well, if not, than WP is really dead. And by the way USA was never big fan of Nokia, they never liked them.

                    MS pushed wp8 in the market, new phones are available and we had xmas. but WP share is falling. lol

                    well, the USA are not the only market, that is true. but it is a very important one AND it is MS home market. in europe people won't touch WP devices. people don't like MS over there. i see a bigger chance for them in brazil.

                    anyway it is a huge disapointment. nokia's last chance is sailfish jolla. market will not accept WP8.

                          samsung know how to make the best smartphone and what consumers want. not to surprize if sammy beat 2 of biggest american phone makers in their home. market phone now not just looking from metal or alloy build quality, but others is more important for peoples.

                            Hopefully WP8 will help the market share to rise in the US once the december figures are released.

                            In any case, US is not the end of the world :)
