Anonymous, 09 Jul 2022They can't. Consumers will still buy cheap chinese one... moreHonestly, split screen or even dual screen are so useless.
Split screen even on large tablet screen is not good experience.
Let alone on phones.
I say this becasue I have had 2 tablets. Both with much larger screen than Z Fold.

Good to see LG fulgilling their promise

Dan, 09 Jul 2022Still miss LG. Hope it comes back in one form or another. They can't. Consumers will still buy cheap chinese ones as the price will turn them off. The high end goes to Apple and Samsung.

Though it's quite funny to see an iphone user be amazed I run two apps at the same time on my old lg while his modern iphone could not.

Is the LG G8 gonna get anything? LG is treating their G8 like the middle child.

Anonymous, 09 Jul 20223 Major OS upgrades, pretty impressive for a dead company (... moreIndeed, even OnePlus haven't updated their 2019 phones to Android 12.

I owned the V50 for a brief time, really loved the hardware, I was a bit surprised though how easily the back glass had fine scratches on it after barely using it and as careful as I am with my devices.

Also a shame this A12 update is so bare and doesn't include any MY changes, they've just updated the bare essentials skin deep to qualify as a A12 release.

It's still a more than capable phone in 2022 with a QHD+ display, great speakers, acceptable battery life, amazing headphone jack, water resistant. Still lamenting the loss of LG, always preferred them to Samsung.

Kept the light burning, though soon to burn out with the likes of youtube vanced. Kudos LG

3 Major OS upgrades, pretty impressive for a dead company (or division of a conglomerate)
