Sony!Why do u always give ppl a poor camera?You need 2 make phone cameras better than what's available @ the moment.Hope dis iz a minor software glitch!As a die hard Sony fan I'm disappointed in d camera aspect of it because I kno you can do way better!Making fine art without a fine top class camera is rubbish,again I hope iz a software glitch!Sony have great phones with BS cameras coming fr masters in imagery.I will like to c this change n the camera kings get bk there crown.A great camera is always my choice&to read dis ain't much better than 8mp fr years b4 iz jus sad.Please Sony do better than that for your fans sake&give ur haterz more reason to hate.I would love to c the CyberShot brand launch in android,xenon etc!Give us d perfect phone cuz I kno u can.Everyone knows that as well!As a Sony fan I hope reviews& meaningful comments like mind& others get read.I doh bash other brands,jus want to c my brand set the trend& always have the phone to beat!S4 gonna rock,hope iz not a pile a cheap plastic tho.HTC one looking sweet!Sony this iz a ruff market start playing ruff n release da perfect phone.Proper cameras in all ur phones& bring bk the CyberShot brand asap!

I can afford it with the efficient power management. Yes, as I read, it does say full brightness for 4 to 5 hours. Imagine even if the brightness is at 50%, what do you think how it will last for wifi and network data and what more on LTE?
The thing is, again, the facts are starting to come in. There's got to be some truths in that CNet report. Sony has focused on the new power management they came up with - effective when the screen is off. Works just like Juice Defender to me.
Yes, we all like the features XZ offer. The message is Sony needs to work on getting the device to work at least 10 hours of continuous or accumulated screen + network productivity use. I guess GSM Arena will be reporting on the battery stamina soon.
How about 7 to 8 hours of Internet usage, at least? I still see my colleague plugging in his Acro to av portable power bank twice a day.

Not at all, and you should know it, if its true you have Note 2, pretty much everything else you write is not true so i allow myself to have some doubts.

When engaged at night, Stamina Mode is aggressive enough to ensure that battery consumption is as meagre as possible -- during our test, we noticed that the battery level hardly dropped at all during the wee hours."

As much as I do like how this device can perform and full HD screen, Sony really needs to seriously consider doubling the actual usage time as the other brands. They may have done a good job with cutting power while the screen is off, but will you be happy with 4 to 5 hours of actual use? Some people should know this before they consider buying the XZ.

IPhone sells well BECAUSE its expensive but still people can buy it cheap on contract and brag that they have expensive phone. LG phones are cheap, why do they not sell well? benny, 17 Feb 2013go for note 2 its cheaper and better I had a note 2 for 5 months and can't recommend it. Battery and display size is good but that's pretty much all. The s-pen has way too low friction for drawing, air view is not something you will use often, smart rotation and even auto rotation feels defective, and display ppi is too low for reading. Color banding and clipping is present. Capacitive buttons are too close to the bottom edge and is problem when using in landscape. UI of note 2 is tasteless and heavy and boring, my xperia pro was more enjoyable and effective.
And the LTE version of note 2 is the one to compare price with. One other area i expect the note 2 is better is in signal quality. Sgs3 and note2 blow away the competition in 3G signal quality and also wifi signal is above average. The xperia z need testing in this area. Samsung flagships in general have good antennas

Its not about which is more expensive but its about Sony further dropping their prices so as to get more sony mobile users from the mobile user pie. As we all know samsung and apple has the biggest chunks of the mobile user pie.
