Just because it has round edges doesn't mean its an iPhone!
All TVs look the same i never heard one company won a lawsuit because their rival has the same design!

Atleast Samsung have the cash to pay. Can't imagine if it would have been somebody else in samsung's place. ( wonder how many more hq's are there to sell or rent).

Wow i liked the samsung design more than apple and i also liked the features in samsung which gives me freedom and after thinking a lot and doing a hands on both the phones and lots of other oem phones i bought gs1 so it was my wise decision ....so the moral of the story is the end user will buy any product based upon his or her likings and needs and he is not a fool to invest his money without thinking.....so chill guys...buy what u need...and enjoy...

Soooooo tired with Apple lately, accusing every company copy their "so called invention" and "trademark" like in Mexico.
Better focus on release new phones & new features or improve their own maps than using Google Maps.
Apple vs Samsung ---> No better news or better story than this old thing?

What country are you from by the way? Probably the courts in your country are corrupt. That's why you're trying to project its shortcomings onto others.
At least in the US a judge can't start "consulting" for a company they made a judgement in favor of only a few months earlier.
