Who ever that gets their phone recognised as a US phone, try changing the country manually in the Options&Help tab

i am from saudi arabia. i tried to update using the lg support tool. as always, it says 'the newest version is installed'( ie, ics 4.0 v10e). can anybody tell when the update will release in the middle east region.

i bought international version of this phone and when i try to update OTA, it says a new OS version is available for your phone but I have to use the software for update. when i use the software it recognizes the phone as p-880 USA and 10E but says your version is up to date. wtf am i doing wrong?
