What are you talking about.? tablets should have/need on board memory. thats where Note8.0 shines thanks to the micro sd card, but still, its too pricey compared to what its competing with (ipad mini, nexus7, amazon kindle, etc). Customer's will not see the "$200 worth of preloaded content" as a bonus, or as a benefit over the competition. The price is just not attractive for what your paying for. People will just compare insides between each other and wont care about whats "bonus" or preloaded.

Is this for the 3g or the wifi model? Cause it is already priced here in the philippines... 23,000 pesos ($580) for the 3g version.... to be realesed this april.... too expensive!

This tablet goes in the category of the Note family. And the Note family, everyone, is in a league of it's own.
And besides, do you guys see the RAM? It's 2GB compare to the 512mb in the mini. Yeah, that's why they call it the mini.
And the processor? Quadcore 1.6GHz vs dualcore 1GHz? You gotta be kidding complaining about the more expensive price of the Note, right? And I didn't even mention the wacom digitizer stylus and multitasking-multiwindow & spiltscreen capability.
Be grateful people! it's only $400. It's the cheapest amongst the Note family.

Yeeep- 400$... You can buy Ipad mini instead for 329$, then , add stylus for 10$ and buy Notes HD app for 0,89$, which is 340$ in total. The thing is that Apple creation looks better, has bigger ecosystem of apps and is capable to do much more. And it is cheaper. Well, noone is going to buy Note 8 for such price. Plastic crap..
