Anonymous, 01 Jun 2023you clearly haven't used a Garmin yet or do sportsI think you can safely remove the "yet", unless they rethink their products - not a chance in H.. that I would wear such a thing.
And only sports where you don't actively use the arms, like riding a bike, or maybe a horse, would make it reasonable to have such a monster on the arm.

Just one word: YIKES!
They are so monstrous... I simply don't get why people want such a huge thing strapped to their arm???
There OUGHT to be a way to make these more dumb and 'terminal' like, so all they do is collect sensor data, send it to the phone, and get display beyond simple stuff clock from the phone.
I do not want to carry a secondary device to my arm that is as powerful as a phone but with a tiny screen. Since they need to be so powerful to do the way too complex tasks, they eat a lot of power, and thus need to be so humongous to contain a battery offering just a few days of stamina....
It simply is a conceptual mistake IMHO, since almost everybody in 2023 got a smartphone in the pocket already.
