the only company take can be number one is Windows desktop OS which after 20 years, still 90% marketshare. I didn't say Windows is good or bad. I am just saying Windows desktop OS is invincible.

Benchmarks tell you how capable the phone can get in terms of performance, BUT Not the ACTUAL performance.
Here you see a blazing octa core having lag and touch response issue compared to a dual core or single core phone.
Samsung play this trick to get you to buy better and better specs phones to make you think the lag and touch response will be gone.. simply not true.
But by the time samsung emptied your wallet, look back at this comment and regret your waste of money on expensive hardware that is under used, and beaten by simple phones like lumia 520 or iphones.

I wish sometimes a giant hand would descend and just bitch slap those with the 'mine is better than yours' Have the phone that suits you. I've been there done that with phones and O.S. You see little groups huggled in corners looking like Gollum with their 'precious one'.
Geeze people, your phone doesn't make you a better (or worse) person. So Samsung sold more, it could have been anyone of the manufacturers.

Does not matter who was first touch screen it matters who is the best and obvious its Sammy. I got Note 2 and cant wait for S4. Samsung got 40% of the market now but should be close to 50% by year end.
Samsung will stay the best and the downfall of Nokia was the day that their CEO said that they wont make use of Android in Nokia phones that was the day that i also decided that i will never ever make use of Nokia again they must fire that idiot.
