one thing is confirmed that samsung is leading brand of mobile world. coz they know the proper way how to capture the market. they launched all kind of phone which was the most awaiting thing. if we talk about apple then it is just for heavy pockters not for everyone. due to which samsung is constant on its place and brands like nokia sony etc are replaced by other cheaper brands like MMX in india.

You're saying refrigeration , appliances... washing machines, air conditions etc...in those business LG is just dummy even i agree Samsung is not no.1 in those categories ,there are other market leaders in those areas.
But for display and smartphone industry Samsung is the undisputed king ...no doubt period...the stiff competitor may be Sony not your LG.
simply u cannot push people to buy their products just by advertising alone..people are not that dumb..
So Samsung sales volumes reflect their brand recognition.
