AnonD-252, 24 Apr 2013I was right, HTC should never have been sued by Microsofts ... moreHTC wasn't sued, it was just a ban, Apple has fed people brain with paranoia whenever you see something like this, these things have been happening from decades.

I need to explain, Nokia only claimed its own invention which was exclusively made for Nokia. There was no legal contract of its usage in HTC One so Nokia claimed it's technology. However, the main culprit behind this was ST Microelectronics so therefore, that company will be punished.

I was right, HTC should never have been sued by Microsofts puppet Nokia because ST Microelectronics was the company that should have been sued! Microsofts puppet, Nokia, is becoming just as "evil" as Apple when they try to sue every competitor when they themself can no longer compete by making better products...!

Nokia doesn't need the revenue from Microsoft to survive. It needs that revenue to grow its industry. Nokia was already surviving on it still selling like usual Symbian and entry level phones.

I prefer you to stay on topic and don't derive this away as you have so much hatred in your mind against Nokia. Try to stay on topic please. If you don't have anything useful to say or have already pasted then you can leave this article.
          Thank you.

Glad to hear this! It was clear that HTC didn't create the problem. It's unfortunate that STMicro did!! I love my HTC One here in the US on AT&T and really feel that Nokia was out to stop the momentum of a great phone!

@ The Apprentice - I told you last time in Nokia's claiming article about how I feel sorry for HTC. I guess now, I don't have to worry about the HTC One. I love that device like Nokia and Xperia Z and would never like some failure for such a wonderful device :)

On the other hand. These two images posted by GSMArena about the inner material of these devices. First thing that came to my mind when I saw that pic is one of them is a mid-tier phone while the other is a flagship and HTC ONE, under the hood looks like a pretty big mess :-/

Nokia, you are wasting your time.
Instead put more time to develop smartphone with Android OS.
                    Only Android can save you.

I have an HTC Desire since June 2010, so almost 3 years have passed. I'm not trying to be an htc fanboy here or a nokia hater, but they really do make durable and high quality phones. I've modded my phone and it has seen about 50 different ROMs so far and it still works perfectly, taking into consideration the old technology that was used in making it. So I trust HTC will find a suitable microphone of equal or higher quality than the present one. I'm planning on making the big upgrade to HTC One as soon as it appears in my country
