AnonD-129371, 02 May 2013HTC dug their own grave by refusing to give the markets wha... moreI have been saying the same this, if they had removable battery and micro SD Card slot in the smartphones, I would be in line ot purchase one, have been a previous HTC owner, but once they moved away from removable storage and micro sd cards, I bid them farewell, as have millions of others. They dug their own grave, trying to sell the cloud, then the Beats fiasco, losing hundreds of millions in that, and quite a few other blunders.

AnonD-56222, 02 May 2013They failed to bring their latest high-end products like HT... moreexactly, you cant bring out a competitor to a rival company only a month before its release date, and be delayed by as much as it has and expect to keep or gain new customers, there will be die hard fans who want HTC which is fair enough, and the same goes for many companies who had die hard fans, but the mass market caters towards people who just want the latest and greatest, and because of HTC poor advertising, lack of micro sd, battery, low camera,4 Ultrapixel, and then delays of weeks because of said camera, people will just wait for the slightly all round better galaxy, i work in a phone store, and trust me, most people do not care for ultrapixel technology all they see and hear me say is 4 the rest is just shut out,even though i tell them it is this and that and is can do this and that, people just see and hear 4. if you want to compete, on the follow up or the next flagship you launch, you need to have a more complete package ready for market, way better advertising, do not rely on buzz words to sell a product to the masses, it rarely works, and give the customers a little of what they want and you will turn your fortunes around with little effort

AnonD-129371, 02 May 2013HTC dug their own grave by refusing to give the markets wha... moreagreed, who cares about ultrapixel, it is not groundbreaking like the nokia 808 pureview camera was, it just a fancy tech word, i would have prefered they developed it more to at least an 8UP then i think you would have seen a great difference in quality, if this phone had the micro sd and removable battery i probably would have been tempted to the HTC1 over the s4, but im glad i have the better of the 2 devices now

These days, the competition is so tough. If you can't be good enough, then you are out. Htc phones are also damn expensive. They should have products that can sell in emerging economies. I am not surprised as to why samsung is doing so well in all markets.

Come on, HTC! The way HTC price the phones are like Apple, do u know? In Cambodia, HTC One cost around 830$ USD, but Samsung Galaxy cost 685$ and Sony Xperia Z around 540$. If HTC price their phones right, I'll support them.

Htc should lower thier price, so that market will experience htc. Phone. Price is big factor for HTC down in sale.

Besides,whats a 4mp camer... morehtc one is "seulement pour les connaisseurs", not for marketing victims like you. the htc's 4 mp camera is in 16:9 native, it is like setting a 6 mp camera from useless 4:3 in 16:9. i never use 4:3 mode. my sgs 3 drops from 8mp in 4:3 to 6 mp in 16:9. nobody prints photos on stupid paper nowdays, only old people or some professionals. i see my pictures on slideshow only on my 100 inches panasonic plasma, only in 16:9. 4 mp are enough because are high quality big pixels and all tv screens have in full hd only 2 mp. i like to make night photos without "blitz" and htc one's performance in low light is exactly what i need
