Some things never change. They cannot no longer compete and thus just run to the nearest court room. Any credibility they had has long since gone as far as I'm concerned. I wonder if you can gat a discount for block booking court rooms in advance for every single thing anyone does that you perceive is a threat to you. What do you mean you also need to buy a hotel for all your legal representatives to live in permanently, as they have no time to do anything else but fight your pathetic cases.

There's NOTHING on the iPhone that Android manufacturers would even WANT to copy... the iPhone is plain and boring. So, what is this latest suit about? Apple's last 3 phones were basically the same except for the retina display fluff- if these companies have copied Apple, then why is it that we don't see these "innovations" on their latest phones? Cheats.

ha ha ha.....Apple is always like this. S4 humiliated you in all terms such as technology ,innovations ,features and price. This is the only thing you do because you don't have those things that can compete with S4.We think you already prepared to go to court against S5.ha..ha..ha......

Well, if the Galaxy S4 wasn't selling too well, it wouldn't have gotten into the law suit. Apple uses lawsuit as its weapon against competitors.

It looks like apple is butt-hurt because Samsung is kicking their ass since the s3, Samsung created the smart stay, now air gesture an so on.. Apple stop wasting your time suing and start innovating and don't not to copy android (notification drawer)!!

This lawsuit (and counter claim - you're not excused Samsung) is getting beyond a joke now.
I have both Apple and Samsung products. The iPhone was a market changing smartphone at one point and are still as reliable as ever. Samsung however didn't start of too great (Samsung Toco anyone?). Now that Samsung are bringing out devices that not only rival Apple's iPhones but put them to shame Apple are doing everything they can to stay in the industry. There is a limit to what can be considered an infringement, and I think that Apple are abusing this to squeeze the competition. I like my iPhone 5 - but Apple have backed themselves into a corner by bringing out devices that have little contrast to their predecessors. Is it fair for them to control the market when smartphones are becoming more powerful? Packing more useful features? (some I aggree are just phonek aggree) grow up Apple... you're falling behind and rather than making a different phone you are stopping the progress of technology. ...
