If you're gonna buy the s23 FE, you might as well go to a S23 ultra, it's not much of a price stretch and at least with that you have pretty much no compromise. Or you could go for a xiaomi, 13T and 13T pro are amazing and Currently xiaomi 13 ultra is on some sort of discount I see it in my country at 850 euros while s23 Fe is close to 700, it makes no sense, you pay the brand...

It's literally better in every way, digital 3x zoom is better than optical zoom on these crappy samsungs and it's similarly waterproof.

The A54 photos look better, the only redeeming quality of the s23FE is the 3x zoom which is terrible, just a bit better than digital zoom. Absolutely embarrassing. Oh don't get me wrong, both are complete crap. Passable photos? For whom? These are terrible, look at xiaomi mi 8, look at mi 9 look at cc9 or mi note 10, they are far better from like 4 years ago. This is pitiful.

A54 does... easy c... moreI didn't know the A54 had an SD card slot until I read this review, I started to run away from Samsung when they started to remove this feature even for mid level and high end phones. Well, A54, its cheaper and have SD card, the choice of the phone to buy is obvious.

Both these devices are similar which makes no sense. the A54 is cheaper and has a bigger battery which I feel is just better. The s23 FE has better performance but should be bad at efficiency. I would buy the A54 or proper S23 rather than the A54.

S23 FE doesn't have microSD slot... A54 does... easy choise.
Note to Samsung. Bring back the sd slot to S-series and you might see jump in sales.
