EpiclyEpic, 21 May 2013see japan exclusive are better featured but why ?? its not fair That what is called Galapagos Syndrome. If you look most of Japanese mobile phones prior to smartphone invasion, you will understand why they are only exist, popular and unique on their own places.

Is HTC playing with its customer worldwide by just introducing HTC J One in Japan with memory slot and the rest with inbuild memory. We should boycott getting HTC One. I was waiting since long time to have it but not now till they bring the same features in other market.

I love the htc One but I don't get it with htc what is the sense in putting a sd card slot only for japan when your international version lacks this property? They should have put sd card slot in the international version also or they shouldn't have put it only for japan or China... Htc isn't making any sense with the things they are doing

I really feel for ppl like u who spend months on forums hoping one day they could own their dream phone.BTW s4 has a measly 9gb of storage.

Well I really feel for ill-informed ppl out there.Micro SD is of no substantial use especially coz u can't install any apps or games on it. That's the reason many ppl returned the 16gb galaxy s4 and got the HTC one, coz they only get ~9 gb usable.Even with the lack of SD card HTC one offers better storage(32gb) for same price. For extra storage u have 25gb Dropbox space.

Bloody joke isn't it so they can put micro sd card in just not in all versions..Why do they do this it really is taking the mickey out of HTC customers..
Its like they are laughing letting most of the world buy the device then turn round and rubb it in your face with a micro sd variant..Its really unfair,wrong and taking the mickey out of every single customer except Japan.

OK, apps on internal memory are faster bla bla bla, BUT imagine that your phone dies---YOU lost ALL YOUR DATA. I am not saying that memcard cant die, but still, it is safer to store data on removable storage. This is just funny, what hTC is doing. What an interesting brains... lol

Is it not just swings and roundabouts as the Htc does not have a SD Card slot but the S4 does but you cant write any Google play apps to it and the phone takes over half the internal memory.
The Htc one is not failing because it dosent have a memory card slot one of the biggest selling phones in the world has never had a memory card slot.
I was very tempted to get an S4 and i am glad that i didnt i got an Htc one and i keep reading people moaning about lag on the S4 i dont have any of that problem on One the quality of One really stands out. And for once Htc have got the battery right on one of their phones i am really enjoying using it.But i do think the S4 is a brilliant phone

SD card. Now this is one of the reasons why HTC is not doing too well. There is no consistency in the product specs.
