Oh Huawei was so great and would be ok without GMS and all, right they vanished completely. All the tech innovation is lost because only China will see that, the rest of the world not. One large competitor is gone in the global market. Just face it: Huawei is gone. It will be gone as long as it stays this way without fully supported Android OS. A simple fact. Geekbench scores for the 9000s were out fairly early plus the predecessor was 5nm and the current is 7nm. Supposedly the new P-series phone will be 5nm.

Not terrible for the first try (to build the chip without reliance on US tech) but obviously not competitive in terms of both power efficiency and performance yet. I'll give Huawei a few years to see how further they could grow from here.

The US constitution is free for the public, so I assume you can find it for me? Or do me a favour and go to your local tech business and ask them that question and watch them laugh at you.
Also many people know the USA government spies just like every government around the world. The difference is in the USA if caught you will go to trial and a video will be made for the public to see. Meanwhile in China you will either disappear, get assassinated, have all your social media blocked and deleted or if your lucky get a trial but nobody will know if it was a fair trial because the video will never be shown.

Also, it looks to me that the CPU is winning. The GPU is slower, but for most people it's a non-factor. What Huawei has accomplished with their own architectures is frankly amazing and it should improve quite significantly within 3-4 years.
