IpsDisplay, 08 Jan 2024So you agree with me because you mentioning that OnePlus fo... more1) you base it on your taste when you have zero knowledge of photography. Personal taste has nothing to do with technical evaluation.

      2) oneplus 12 does not have this tech, only the foldable

      3) go complain about it to Alpha team, they are ppl responsible for xperia camera since 2019.

You have not answered. Why not changing name to OledLTPO?
IPS is old tech, you have old tech , or depending on who is using we can see

Xperia is not one turning people into wax, plastic , applying sharpening in vain and other stuff that ruin photos.

Go see on photography websites how much ppl trash iphones and pixels.
Ppl there care about quality, dont base opinion on name of brand.

Tell me any photocamera that outputs photos like iphone and pixels.
You cannot, because there is no cam.
There is no cam because it is wrong from photography point of view.

Mi13 ultra, x90 pro , x6 pro with larger sensor than rx100m7 cannot beat it.
      Lose by far.
If they are so good, why still lose since you blame sony for not matching your taste.

Somehow gsmarena keeps saying this , when it is wrong.

Only phones with this tech are : Sony 1v/ 5v , Apple 15/15+, Oppo N3(OP Open).

So for twice fast aperture, the diameter of the lens needs to be two times bigger (for the same focal length). So...

Even for DSLR/Mirrorless zoom lenses with variable aperture, the aperture will go lower as the lens zoom further forward.

Sony is yet to maximise the potential of any of their sensors themselves in smartphones

Youd expect the creators themselves would use the sensors in away that's miles ahead in application in the smartphone space and they just can't produce.. not saying it's bad implementation but just underwhelming from an expectation stand point
