WOW even worse than 13 pro. Completely useless. They are not even trying anymore. Same with Samsung.

One of the screens with the highest resolution in its class without LTPO, also this Cortex A715 if I'm not mistaken has poor efficiency.

kaido, 29 Jan 2024This phone support 120w charging system. What do you mean b... moreSorry I didn't clarify, when I said slow I meant the performance of the phone, yk the chip, NOT the charging speed.

Also, you're just making excuses for the poor battery of this phone. Xiaomi messed up somehow for this phone because they had a really good battery for the 13T which has a better chip I think. That phone has 120 hz and the same resolution as well, so why does that perform so much better? And if these phones need more battery then they should stick more battery just like they did in the past. For a 6 inch phone with a 1080p screen Xiaomi shoved a 4000 mah battery in the Redmi Note 5 Pro, that was considered comically large and "HUGE", which is why the Galaxy Note9, a phone with a 1440p 6.4" screen used 4000 mah too.

Don't make excuses for a company man, if you want to delude yourself to buy this product then fine but not holding companies accountable for their mistakes/shortcomings ain't gonna give us better products. Everyone clowns on the Google Pixel series for having bad battery and this phone has worse battery than the base Pixel 8 and similar to the Pixel 8 Pro in all ways but far worse in web browsing, that phone has a much more powerful chipset, 120 hz display which is not only higher res but also brighter. Heck, this phone has worse battery than the Galaxy A54 with "Exynos", everyone clowns on that for battery too. Hope you get the picture. I expected more from the Redmi Note phones, was always surprised by how my cousin's Note 5 Pro just went on and on whereas everyone else's phones died.

Back in the days our smartphone different. Long ago they have small screen, low resolution less than 1080p with 60hz display.
For comparison This phone have 1220p bright screen with big size screen (6,67")

PureOS, 29 Jan 20244nm tsmc is in Poco x6 pro to, and performs great. It is not about performence, it is about efficiency.

IpsDisplay, 29 Jan 2024You noticed it too The claim to fame was efficiency look... moreWe still don't know how the F6 will look like though, let alone how Xiaomi will decide to price it... There's a risk they might price themselves out of the market. Usually nerds and techies that buy these units, and they're knowledgeable, but extremely price sensitive bunch!

Seran Mizorogi, 29 Jan 2024What do we expect from 12-bit, 68 billion colors? Do we re... moreOnly Dolby Vision seems to use 12 bit so if you can find some native Dolby Vision content then yeah you might be able to use it. I'm not sure about photos but some RAW photos come out in 12 bit in some phones/cameras so maybe that can be used. Bits aren't used to show color volume/gamut btw, they're just used for better gradation. The transition from one color to another. I don't think anything more than 10 bits is necessary. 10 bits are necessary tho, at least for HDR content because there's a huge number of colors and 8 bits create severe banding/posterization due to not enough bits and that's ugly. Don't think the average user would notice, that's why everyone says Samsung's Ultra phones have the best display.

The claim to fame was efficiency looks like that is dead now within the midrange segment

If someone told that would happen in the future I wouldn't believe them

ashrobb, 28 Jan 2024The more you look at it, the better the X6 Pro becomes.Poco x6 pro is amazing phone

Anonymous, 29 Jan 2024No one going to mention that how bad is TSMC's 4nm is?!4nm tsmc is in Poco x6 pro to, and performs great.

Idk about you but I I think back in the day even though midrangers were slow at least they had amazing battery, nowadays they're slow and have mediocre battery. Yikes.

Also who is this phone for? It's more expensive for not a whole lot of reasons, storage is faster, you better IP rating and the battery charges faster, idk how much of a difference the chip will make but it won't be earth shattering. If there were a camera update I'd have understood but for my money I'd have gone with the Redmi Note 13 Pro, a great overall phone by the looks of it. People usually upgrade each year so I think for a year the Note 13 Pro is a better choice, save the money and splurge next year on the next Pixel a phone.

They keep using because it is still cheaper than 8bit samsung sells.

Do we really need anything more than 8-bit on a phone?
