1. ASML wafer steppers that create with laser chip "photo" - Dutch/NL (lens optics from Germany Zeiss)
2. Photoresist (chemistry used to make that "photo") - Japan
3. Photomask (image of chip that will reflects laser) - Japan
Even Samsung make OLED displays on Canon Tokki machines becuse they own proprietary vacuum polymer application technology.

    Another bullsh!+ story USA fabricating about China. When they beaten they want to resort to bans and sanctions. Hypocrites

      Clearly Biden and friends have shares in Nvidia and don't want any competition to dent their profits. How nice to be in that position where you can improve your own prosperity by imposing your will on the market.
      So much for USA being capitalist. Capitalism is all about competition and survival of the fittest, or is it about rigging the markets in your favour which seems to be the case most of the time.

Apple couldn't make 4G/5G Modems even when they are in the heart of the Silicon valley even after spending lots of billions, poaching Intel Engineers (Not Asians).
