Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean for Sony Xperia ion now available

Hi
Im from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Im using Xperia ion (LT28h). I turned off my firewall and antivirus, but my PC companion as well as Sony Update Service both shows "Your phone is up to date". What i've to do?. I want to update via above mentioned only, not manually. Kindly Help me in this regard.

Hi Friends Have updated my Ion to JB , but notice that the battery % once it falls below 50% it gets to 1% suddenly and shuts down.
When I plug in the charger it shows again starting from 50%. Any help on this is great. Did a settings reset will check if this helps.

I received the JB update and instantly updated my Ion to Build 6.2.B.0.211 Android version 4.1.2, only to find out that my 3G is o longer working. All data dependent apps need WiFi connection for use which is very frustrating.
I read all the other related problems, but this is the biggest issue for me as i can not receive my mails and WhatsApp is no longer working!
Hope they fix it Asap..

My bluetooth disconnecting problem survived the update, and carried over from ICS despite multiple hard resets and the obvious OS upgrade. Does anyone else have the same or similar problem?

Hi, it seems that my PC Companion does not recognize my 4.0.4 OS that came with fresh new ION, and tells me that i have the latest update installed, can any one point me in the propper direction?

I've been using my sony xperia ion HSPA the only problem i had was to wait till it come to my device the jelly bean os. i am so much happy with the update all the lagging of my device are fully gone and it works perfect i have been using this for 7 days and i didn't get any issues yet.All the applications works perfect and i am so happy with sony device.

3G network lagging problem on xperia ion after jelly bean 4.1.2 update. I am using reliance 3g when I. use 3G network phone gets hangged and laged. after then no any function is responding, please fix this issue this is a big problem

The jellybean update is full of bugs here and there. It lags on every application. The UI is beautiful but as a phone, the functions are not really useful no more. It looks like I'll probably flash it back to gingerbread which is bug free. Sony is releasing job that's very late and outdated version, its just a big disappointment from a very known brand. This will be the last Sony product I'll buy

SMS is crewed, suddenly stops, several other things are not working, Sony, get it together, make sure your updates are actually ready before releasing an update that will corrupt files in your phone!

Almost all of the issues of 4.0.4 is solved in the new version,but I've faced a new issue!I can't record 1080p videos smoothly.The frame rate drops so low that it makes me to set the quality to 720p!Is this your problem too?or is it only my phone that has this problem?I didn't have this problem in 4.0.4 version...

I'm disappointed because in Jelly Bean the application for program management and energy conservation no longer exists ...
