17 May 2024
It could be a mura effect due to the low PPI of the tablet.

Never saw it on LCD.
Not even on my old cheap LG G Pad.

[deleted post]What $100 tablet (10x less than the iPad Pro) offers anywhere near the experience and performance of an iPad Pro?

Can't wait to get rid of this half baked technology with the future micro-LED replacements. 2020s is the worst decade when it comes to screens.

😂😂🤣 I'm still recovering from the S24U complaints

Anonymous, 17 May 2024I feel the exact same way about LCD, lol.Crank the brightness to the fullest while recharging for half an hour or so under HEAVY usage and tell us how do you feel about it.

Can GSMArena elaborate on what sort of fix Samsung has provided those with grainy S24 Ultra displays? Samsung has refused to acknowledge the issue in any official capacity and have refused to offer replacements to many of its users

Well new free feature from Apple.

This isn't something new. I'm pretty sure you can see such a thing all the time on any OLED phone with the brightness cranked down. I guess these people are noticing this effect for the first time.

So is it because of something like the Matte coating like in the S24 Ultra?

Or is it because of the insanely small pixels needed for tandem OLEDs on a tablet display compared to a normal sized TV? I guess it's a bit of both and it's weird that Apple tried to half-a*s this. Should've just gone for a normal OLED and tried tandem on a mac display first or something.

Samsung transferred its disease to Apple as well😬
