Apple has very poor service in my country and the prices are high. Windows phone 8 lacks many things but Nokia hardwares are indestructible. The market is full of cheap android phones like S4, which is trustable but plastic isn't my cup of tea. There's a need for one more OS like Sailfish OS based phones. Symbian phones have almost everything i want but it's sad that the ecosystem has been abandoned by the manufacturers. Too much confusion. I should wait until Sailfish OS based phones are available.

Some say it works others say it is a ripoff. Maybe someone else can answer that. If you're looking for free apps then all ecosystems will have them. I also think you can use iTunes cards on Apple's app store. You can buy those with cash in a regular store. Not sure if there is an equivalent option for the google and windows stores. If you're looking for pirated apps then I can't help you. I like paying devs for the work they put in.

If i can't install an app from some websites on Windows or iOS7, then those ecosystems aren't suitable for me. Would using an anti virus application on an Android device protect from marlwares?

However, if I were you, I wouldn't download anything from third party sites unless they are pretty well trusted, like Amazon or something. That's where alot of the Android malware comes from.

(before the fanboys start flaming me, I'm just trying to help this guy out.) argue with someone else about Android malware.

And yet, the Lumia(s) are the best, toughest, strongest smartphones class yet now. Get yourself something better to hate on :)

Lumia phones run on the best OS currently. It's lag-free, no force close and freeze. It just works.

Iskander, 30 Jun 2013Nokia's feature phone sales went down with over 20% YoY las... moreThats why Nokia is giving a new face on their products.

You see, here an Lumia 505 phone cost around 150 dlls new. Es the more cheaper smartphone (against Android ones). And in just 2 weeks they sold out all their stock. Some weeks ago the sell the Lumia 510 in 120 dlls new.

The idea of Nokia is starting to get the low priced market in order to gain loose ground, and actually they are winning.

The less expensive Samsung here cost around 180 dlls and is from Huawei/ZTE/Alcatel. People don't trust those names very good. And start to ask for WP ones.

Nokia needs to get more attention to their smartphone line. Ashas are doing well since they can get Whatsapp and Facebook on those BUT arent power enough to call it real smartphones. However, those are considered here fatured phone, and you have WIFI, 3G, Touchscreen and good apps. I don't thing "featured" phones will dissapear any time soon. And those costs from 100 dlls :D

Just like cars, you get less when you trade-in than selling it yourself, but it's a guaranteed sale with the money more immediately obtained.

I still prefere to use Nokia phone because of solid build and easy to use (its apps are not complecated), clear black & good camera " Carlzeiss Optic". . .ect but i do not have choice to purchase‌ Lumia devices. In fact i need dual sim‌ Lumia phone. .(Nokia can produce dual sim‌ Asha‌ mobile phone.,why not Lumia‌ ? ). Every people have their own preference‌. . i think that it is not a wrong idea to sell dual sim‌ smart phones for Asian country ( many people in my country use two or three phones inclusive of tablet 7" & 8"). Some people buy secondhand android smart phone because of price and dual sim.
